We have home workouts!
Do I need equipment for the home workouts?
Some effective home workouts will require dumbbells, bench, and swissball. There are bodyweight workouts when you don’t have equipment.
Is the app different from the website?
There are different features on the app and both are included in your plan.
Can I get a customized meal plan?
Although the general nutritional guidelines are very effective, There are times when we encourage you to get a customized plan especially if your goal is specific. This is set up in the consultation call once you’ve purchased that.
Can I get personal consultation?
Yes. You may purchase a full hour video call as often as you’d like.
Is there a separate cost for the chat and getting my questions answered?
No separate cost! Not only can you send your questions anytime, we encourage you to chat and keep your trainer updated.
