Hey Mo, i just want to say thank you for giving me these 30 days to help me prepare for changing the way i eat and train, it was a pain in the ass everytime i craved food, i knew to ignore the craving and look past it to the future of what will come out of these 30 days, i will not stop here i will continue my training with what i have learned from you, i will be honest there were a couple days were i was really tired but i tried to keep up, i will say i did slack on abs, but after seeing this before and after picture ( which isn’t a big result ) i will push myself to my limits and remember how close i am getting to reaching my goal but just following the rules and keeping my body in shape, like i’ve told myself over and over while i was at the gym, i have to get out of my comfort Zone if i want to achieve the best, Thank you
